The Truth They Don’t Tell Us: My Journey to Better Choices  For most of my life, I trusted that if something was on the grocery store shelf, it was safe. I believed that someone, somewhere, was ensuring our food was good for us. But a few years ago, I had an awakening. I started reading labels, researching ingredients, and what I found was shocking. Many everyday foods are filled with additives and chemicals that can harm our health. It was overwhelming at first, but I realized that knowledge is power. The more I learned, the more empowered I felt to make better choices for myself and my family. That's why I started The Label Detective.
